Each puppy is monitored by a specialist veterinarian who certifies their health status with a written report prior to delivery.
Genetic testing on Sires and Dams and, where necessary, on puppies via the Vetogene laboratory to exclude hereditary pathologies.
A rigorous vaccination protocol following the WSAVA international guidelines, rather than the "bare minimum".
Echocardiography and cardiac auscultation to certify the absence of congenital heart disease at the time of transfer.
The sole document certifying the breed. We guarantee the official ENCI Pedigree for every puppy, without exceptions or surcharges.
Biological samples deposited with ENCI laboratories. This serves as irrefutable scientific proof of the puppy’s sire and dam parentage.
Weaning with ultra-premium nutrition to ensure robust skeletal development and a strong immune system.

We are a transparent, legal entity. Every payment is tracked and invoiced. This is the only way to uphold your consumer rights (Statutory Guarantee).
We directly manage the registration procedures with the Canine Registry in your name. The dog will be legally and officially yours from the moment they leave our premises.
What Does Our Guarantee Cover?
Our commitment does not end when you take your dog home. Here are the three fundamental protections included in our contract.
1. Viral Guarantee (15 Days)
Covers infectious diseases with short incubation periods (such as Parvovirus or Distemper). Should the puppy manifest symptoms in the days following arrival (incubated previously), we assume full responsibility. Note: Thanks to our biosecurity protocols, the incidence is near zero.
2. Genetic Assurance (12 Months)
Covers severe hereditary pathologies that may not be visible in the puppy but could emerge during growth. If the dog develops a certified disabling pathology of genetic origin, we apply the protections provided by the contract to safeguard you.
3. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
As professional breeders, we are liable for 'lack of conformity' regarding the dog compared to what was declared. This protects you legally against fraud regarding breed, age, or prior health—rights you would not have when purchasing from unregulated private sellers.

What happens if the puppy manifests a viral disease after arrival?
Our puppies are protected by a 15-day Viral Guarantee. While this is an extremely rare occurrence thanks to our vaccination protocols, if a veterinarian diagnoses diseases such as Parvovirus or Distemper (incubated prior to delivery), we assume responsibility according to the terms of the contract.
Do I have a cooling-off period after the purchase?
Yes. Adoption should never be an impulsive purchase. While we mitigate this risk through a meticulous mutual selection process prior to placement, we protect the puppy by allowing for their return. Our absolute priority is that the dog lives in a happy and suitable environment.
Is a contract signed upon the puppy’s delivery?
Absolutely. Transparency is our founding value. Upon delivery, a binding contract is signed that protects your rights and establishes the guarantees. Furthermore, for maximum transparency, a summary of the conditions and guarantees governing the transfer of ownership is sent before the handover.
Is the ENCI Pedigree included in the price or paid separately?
The ENCI Pedigree is a legally mandatory document for selling a dog as "purebred" (D.Lgs 529/92) and, at our breeding estate, it is ALWAYS included in the price. Be entirely wary of anyone asking for a surcharge to provide it: they are committing an unlawful act. Please note that the pedigree is a document issued by the ENCI Registry Office and may be processed following the transfer for technical reasons.
