We are a fully transparent and legal entity. Every transaction is tracked and invoiced, providing you with the necessary documentation to uphold your consumer rights.
We personally manage the registration with the Canine Registry in your name. The dog will be legally and officially yours from the moment they leave our estate.
What Does Our Guarantee Cover?
Our commitment to you does not end when you take your dog home. Here are the three fundamental safeguards included in our contract.
1. Viral Health Protection (15 Days)
Covers infectious diseases with short incubation periods (such as Parvovirus or Distemper). Should symptoms manifest shortly after arrival (incubated prior to transfer), we assume full responsibility. Note: Due to our biosecurity protocols, our incidence rate is near zero.
2. Genetic Health Guarantee (12 Months)
Protects against severe hereditary pathologies that may not be visible in a puppy but can emerge during growth. Should a certified invalidating genetic pathology develop, we apply the safeguards provided in the contract.
3. Legal Conformity Protection
As professional breeders, we are accountable for any 'lack of conformity' regarding the dog’s health, age, or breed status. This provides legal protection often unavailable when acquiring from unlicensed private sellers.

What happens if the puppy manifests a viral illness after arrival?
Our puppies are protected by a 15-day Viral Health Guarantee. Although extremely rare due to our vaccination protocols, should a veterinarian diagnose a disease such as Parvovirus or Distemper (incubated prior to delivery), we manage the situation according to the terms of the contract.
Is there a cooling-off period after the acquisition?
Yes. Adoption should never be an impulsive act. While our thorough pre-adoption screening reduces this risk, we protect the puppy by allowing for their return. Our absolute priority is that every dog resides in a happy and suitable home environment.
Is a formal contract signed upon the delivery of the puppy?
Indeed. Transparency is one of our core values. Upon delivery, a binding contract is signed that protects your rights and outlines all guarantees. We are always available to send a draft copy for your review prior to collection.
Is the official ENCI Pedigree included in the price?
The ENCI Pedigree is a mandatory document by law to sell a dog as "purebred" and, at our estate, it is ALWAYS included in the price. Be entirely wary of anyone requesting a surcharge for it; such a practice is unlawful.
