The websites listed above are hereafter referred to collectively as "the Network".
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All original content present on the Network, including texts, photographs, illustrations, and graphics, remains the property of the respective authors as indicated in the "Credits" section and is protected by Italian Copyright Law (Law of 22nd April 1941, n. 633) and applicable European regulations.
The holder of the economic rights over the entire Network is Bianca Madalina Crismaru, with business registered at Località Vassano, 13 – 00060 Sant'Oreste (RM) – Italy (VAT number: 03329300606).
It is explicitly specified that copyright applies exclusively to works of human intellect, original photographs, and the graphic layout of the Network. Purely AI-generated content, in its raw and unedited form, is excluded from such legal protection.
Trademark Usage
The Casa dei Pomerania® logo, featuring the CDP monogram, is a registered trademark in Italy by Bianca Crismaru at the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, under registration number 302024000126808 (verify registration).
The following trademarks, logos, or distinctive signs are used on the Network under explicit authorisation and remain the exclusive property of their respective holders:
- Club Italiano Spitz (authorisation granted on 04/08/2026).
Logo used with the prior consent of the Club Italiano Spitz on the "Pomeranian Guide" page and its respective language variants, all rights reserved; - Del Rosso Malpelo (authorisation granted on 27/04/2026);
- Dott.ssa Elena Palomba (authorisation granted on 01/04/2026);
- Pomeranian Blog (authorisation granted on 20/02/2026);
- Studio Sinapsi (authorisation granted on 11/12/2025).
The ENCI logo and references to professional qualifications are utilised on the Network for descriptive purposes to attest to pedigree management and professional certifications, in full compliance with the Agency's regulations.
The flags of the European Union and the Italian Republic are used on the Network in accordance with legal terms.

Technologies and External Resources
This statement of conformity refers to information verified and updated as of 01/01/2026.
- Stock Photography: Catalogue images present on Pomerania.it are provided by iStockphoto LP and Shutterstock, Inc., utilised under commercial licence.
- The Network features images generated or modified by Artificial Intelligence using Google Gemini and used in compliance with the terms of service. The images are always clearly identified using one of two methods: they are permanently marked with a diamond-shaped service watermark in the bottom right corner and accompanied by the text "Visual generated with Google Gemini" in close proximity; alternatively, they feature an icon in accordance with Article 50(4) of the European Union's AI Act, which communicates the level of artificial intelligence intervention on the content (AI generated or AI modified).
- Technology: The Network is developed by Federico Fantacone using the Astro framework, utilised under MIT licence, and Tailwind CSS by Tailwind Labs, Inc., utilised under MIT licence.
- Design: The design of Pomerania.it (version 2.4) is based on the AstroWind theme, utilised under MIT licence.
Usage Guidelines
Any form of reproduction, modification, or distribution of content (texts, images, logos) for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
The citation of short excerpts for the purposes of news reporting, criticism, or discussion is permitted, provided that:
- The content is not altered in any manner.
- The source is clearly indicated (specifically the name of the domain belonging to the Network from which the content is drawn).
- A direct and functional link to the original webpage is provided.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
