What happens if my dog does not settle with others?
Through our introductory trial, we assess compatibility beforehand. Should any tension arise during the day, we have separate zones to ensure everyone's tranquility without isolation.
Do I need to provide food?
Yes, we prefer not to alter the dog’s diet to avoid gastrointestinal upset. Please provide their portion in a labelled container, and we shall serve it at their usual time.
Are you open throughout the day?
Yes, we maintain a continuous service. You may drop off and collect your dog within the agreed time slots, ensuring maximum flexibility for your working day.
