From Ethics to Architecture: A transparent diary of our Park-Estate's creation.
Phase 1: Bio-analysis and Strategic Selection (Completed)
Selection of an exceptional location in Sant'Oreste, adjacent to the Mount Soratte Natural Reserve. The preliminary study confirms the feasibility of an innovative ethical breeding model, designed to integrate seamlessly into a landscape context of high agricultural and naturalistic value.
Phase 2: Advanced Ethological Study (In Progress)
Collaboration with expert consultants to define the ethological approach governing the facility. We analyse the natural needs and wellbeing of the Pomeranian to design optimal living conditions. This study ensures every space fosters psychological and emotional development, merging technical expertise with a passion for the breed.
Phase 3: Sanitary Engineering and Integrated Authorisation (In Progress)
Defining technical details to surpass legal minimums: insulated, low-impact prefabricated structures to ensure maximum comfort. The process involves constant dialogue with the Superintendency for Landscape Authorisation and the ASL to validate sanitary protocols of excellence.
Phase 4: Realisation of the Reversible Habitat (Planned)
Construction without permanent soil consumption. We use structures made of recyclable, recycled, or natural materials on dry foundations (without cement) to ensure the total reversibility of the intervention. Sustainability is guaranteed by a phyto-purification system for waste management and indigenous plant barriers for acoustic and visual mitigation.
Phase 5: Certification and Technical Testing (Objective)
Proceeding with the final technical and operational phases, including Site Management and cadastral updates, leading to the issuance of the Certified Report of Habitability (SCA). This is the moment the bureaucratic journey officially transforms into a unique Park-Estate of exceptional standards.
Phase 6: Inauguration and Ecosystem Opening (The Beginning)
The official opening of the doors to Casa dei Pomerania. It is the milestone where our ethical vision becomes a daily reality: a certified habitat where boutique breeding, boarding, daycare, and training finally coexist in synergy for the total wellbeing of every guest.
